Cultivate Kitchen is Denver Metro’s one-stop shop for health food on the go.
Despite some of our best efforts, eating healthy isn’t always possible, especially for busy families, working professionals and when dietary restrictions narrow meal options. That’s where Cultivate Kitchen comes in.
Established in 2022 by two Front Range chefs, and busy moms, Cultivate Kitchen serves up a refreshing solution for anyone craving healthy, ready-to-eat food without spending hours in the kitchen.
“We recognized there was a need for fresh, nutritionally balanced, healthy meals in the community that catered to multiple eating preferences and restrictions,” says Katrina High, co-founder and chef at Cultivate Kitchen.
Katrina, who has been diagnosed with several health issues, found food to be her medicine but believed eating healthy didn’t mean you had to compromise on taste or time. So, along with her business partner Cammie Read, they founded Cultivate Kitchen to offer meal preparation, catering and personal-chef services. Using healthy, whole foods high in nutritional value, they create menus that cater to a variety of eating preferences and restrictions.

Each week, the culinary team crafts a rotating menu of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and plenty of flavor. It’s health food without compromising taste or time, all ready to heat up and enjoy. And unlike most meal services that rotate seasonally, Cultivate Kitchen’s menus change weekly, offering new flavors and dishes to keep things fresh and inspiring. “We use a mix of local and non-local ingredients to help make sure we have the freshest produce possible and keep our price points accessible for all in the community,” says Katrina.
But this isn’t just about calorie counting. Because Cultivate Kitchen focuses on catering to modern eating preferences and dietary restrictions, you’ll get the full picture of health. Paired with ingredients you can pronounce and a calorie count, you’ll also find the meal’s macronutrients (protein, carbs and fat) listed as well.

The meals are single or four servings and unlike other meal companies, the meal kits come with minimal packaging and don’t require any cooking. Simply heat and enjoy, no chopping or cleanup required.
“We want people to know that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and that they can get time back in their busy lives by outsourcing their meal prep,” says Katrina. “Even letting us put dinner on the table one day a week can provide so much time back to do the things you love.” And with no order minimums or subscriptions required, you can order as much—or as little—as you need.
Order your meals online, for pickup or delivery, or by visiting their newly expanded Westminster location. The new 3,000-square-foot kitchen and retail space—nearly quadruple the size of their previous location—offers an expanded front retail area with more robust grab-and-go food options from local vendors. And with plans to add cooking classes and community gatherings at the new location, Cultivate Kitchen isn’t just about feeding people—it’s bringing them together.
